Let’s talk boots. Yes, it’s that time of year again. That time when the air is a little crisp and Starbucks is offering their delicious pumpkin spice latte. We have to pull out our fall/winter wardrobe and evaluate what to purge and what to add. I know I love a new pair of boots just like the next girl. But I don’t want to break the bank.
